As a mid-level manager in international education, you are an important link between vision and delivery. You support diverse global teams, navigate constant change, and help drive results, often without formal leadership training. 

Developed by Lead5050, Scale Up Your Leadership in the age of AI is a six-month programme that helps you understand how AI is changing leadership, communication and business operations. Over six months, you will learn how to use AI confidently in day-to-day work, improve strategic thinking, communicate more effectively and lead inclusive teams through change.

What is the mode of delivery of the Scale Up Your Leadership programme?

The programme is delivered online via Zoom. Once you register, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your Zoom access link for the first session. Each month, you’ll join a live 60-minute session, which includes:

  • Expert facilitation
  • Group mentoring
  • Breakout room discussions
  • Practical, real-time exercises

You’ll also receive structured assignments between sessions to help you apply your learning to your current role. Feedback is provided at each stage to support your progress throughout the six-month programme.

What are the session dates for the current cohort?

The programme runs over six months with one session per month. Each session lasts 60 minutes. Dates for the September 2026 cohort are: 

Session 1: 1st September 2026

Session 2: 6th October 2026

Session 3: 3rd November 2026

Session 4: 1st December 2026

Session 5: 12th January 2026

Session 6: 9th February 2026

I couldn’t register for the ongoing cohort before the deadline. Can I join in between?

To ensure a consistent learning experience, we don’t allow late entry once the cohort begins. However, you can register early for the next intake.

Will recordings of the training sessions be provided?

Yes, you will receive links to recordings after every session.
