Managing Quality in UK Student Recruitment

4 Hours
A practical course for agency managers and operations teams working with UK institutions.
In partnership with:
Meet the UK's new recruitment quality standard

The UK regulatory landscape is evolving. As part of a package of reforms,  updated Basic Compliance Assessment (BCA) benchmarks have now taken effect, requiring UK institutions and their agent partners to demonstrate consistency and quality in how they guide, prepare, and support students throughout the recruitment journey.

Developed in partnership with Agents and Educators Global Alliance (AEGA), the Managing Quality in UK Student Recruitment course helps agency owners, managers, and operations teams improve enrolment outcomes and build long-term confidence with UK institution partners. The course offers insights and strategies for better student preparation, counsellor guidance, and application management across agent organisations.
