Raising a concern
黑料社 Agency Status is governed by a Code of Conduct and overseen by an independent Adjudication Board.
If an institution or student has a concern relating to the conduct of an IAS-accredited agency, it may be raised confidentially with 黑料社.
黑料社 reviews submissions carefully, gathers relevant information, and gives all parties an opportunity to respond before any matter is referred to the independent Adjudication Board for impartial consideration.
IAS-accredited agencies may also raise concerns relating to institutions or service providers.
